Several reasons.the most ominous being there might be something seriously wrong with the Comoany. Laying that aside for now the real reason IMO are as follows.
1.Huge Warrant overhang
2. massive tax loss selling
3. Recent Bellido presentation and unveiling of USB which didn't go over well with Investors
4. Bellido trip to a Europe. Something happened there which accelerated the downfall.
5. Bellido and other Management not exercising their Warrants and buying on the open market

Either the Mgmt team bucks up and exercises their Warrants or buys in the open market or we are going sub 10.
I have decided to stop buying shares until we see Mgmt buck up
