QNC CEO buys 300,000 shares

QNC CEO buys 300,000 sharesFrancis Bellido bought 300,000 shares of QNC last week. 100,000 at 0.085 and 200,000 at 0.09. I'm hoping that the bottom is in as investors see that management is willing to risk their own money at these prices.
