An institutional investor owns 19.95% of QNC

According to barchart and globe and mail an institutional investor owns 19.95% of QNC. I first checked that in April 2022 and 21 months later that data is still up. Every financial data company that provides stats on stocks updates their figures every quarter so the 19.95% figure should be legit.

That equates to just over 27,000,000 shares of QNC
