In all seriousness, I fail to see why so many see this as a positive news release. Sure at least it is something. But I take it as basically the company is going to the public and saying, "hey, we need money, we are going to come asking for it".  IF (and that's a big if), the company had something positive about to happen a financing would be easy to get. So miron said they would not do another sub 10c price point. So we can add that to his bag of lies. I'm not sure why he's still around. And if they are going start paying a ceo I would be happy to see him replaced. I personally would not invest in the pp with him as ceo and I suspect others feel the same. The pp Is non brokered which is good assuming they can actually raise the funds.
