The end results is that we all got screwed by JCP and Miron who probably sold hist 1.5 millions shares in the past few days.....We will sell for 0.01 cent....

Man,  did I call it or what.  How could they possibly think they would get financing after miron f$&ked everyone that would have financed them.  Why waste all this time. they should have fired miron before trying to get to financing and the board should have called potential investiors themselves.  Next step is to use a firm to sell the patents and tech to a another company

Yes I cant find anything good to say unfortunetly and yes I am a shareholder loosing some money to some extend like anyone of us. I would like to believe that someone would come and say I would buy you for $10m but I do not see any miracle coming giving the difficult times we are in now. I mean would u wait another 6 months or can this goes for another 6 months without any moneys left in the bank

What blows my mind is I think  these guys  really believed they could do a couple of webinars have miron yap his stupid mouth and people would hand over 750k. I don't think they were even aware of the sh!t that miron said to investors in the past.  And these are the the same guy the were supposed to be supervising over jcp on his watch.  There's no mystery why we failed

Yes, there is alot of truth to that statement.  Often public companies serve as a side job and get little or no attention.  That being said, someone on this board made a good point about how alot of companies out there get financed with little or no credible product.  This is largely in part to hard work and perseverence.  Whether this QRNG product has value or not is still too

Not until the tech is sold and is in someone else's hands. Then it will be investable ,  current managment isn't getting a penny from anyone.

Correct.  I was referring to the product and not the management.  This is a sector that is not only critical but at the center of interest for many investors as a major growth space for years to come.  The research in quantum mechanics and its potential applications are endless.
