FARMER. HELLO HELLO ECHO ECHO

Maybe he was the big seller the past week

Nope! Earlier Harvest and a longer fall allowed for some field work catch up. And I have a lot of more important things on my plate right now with aging parents and a pandemic.   I have been here all along and no plans to leave, so why worry about an investment that I intend to hold long term? I have had regular monthly conversations with management, as well as regular discussions ...more

Thanks farminvestor,  i must have missed something because i don't know what the plan is. You mind sharing any info you have thanks.

Exactly Magus. We know the plan is "to do something". What that is nobody knows. At least none of us. I doubt management has any idea either. I suspect their plan is "let's HOPE we can do something"
Comment by Magus22 on Nov 20, 2020 3:26pm
Here's a plan incase managment is interested  Step 1.  Make a list of 5 to 10 firms in Canada and US that specialize in selling companies and connecting buyers with sellers. Step 2 . Find a phone and learn how to use it. Step 3. Call said firms, find one you like and negotiate a commission structure.  Something like 10% up to 10 million 15% over 15 mil etc. Step 4 ...more

seems to me the plan was to halt the stock for no reason, put out a nr that said they didn't know what they were doing and that they fired the only remaining employee who was working for free. so you draw a lot of attention with the halt and then hit the market with......nothing. seems like they are trying to get shareholders to sell and drive the price down. no idea why else you would do what ...more

the did it for disclosure they had to legally or their a$$es would be on the line.
Comment by Ethanator on Nov 20, 2020 3:53pm
There is no reason they had to halt the stock
Comment by GastownGuy on Nov 20, 2020 4:52pm
if any of these guys owned any shares in the company they would never have done what they did yesterday and today. it makes no sense. they are creating doubt to promote selling and drive down the price to somehow create a situation that is advantageous to them. they will end up with cheap shares and the cmos chip will be completed with the government money
Comment by Magus22 on Nov 20, 2020 10:00pm
I disagree,  the failed financing is very real, and because of it they have no cash to make any kind of cmos chip. There will be no cmos chip made by Qnc not now not ever. Someone else will have to make the chip once they acquire Qnc tech and patents. That's assuming there is anyone left at Qnc to do the work and answer the phone to sell the assets .  Right now im not so ...more
Comment by Munger on Nov 20, 2020 10:49pm
Agreed. The CMOS chip will be made by another entity if and only if it has value for the market place. QNC will sell their assets and this chapter will be done. What these assets will be sold for is unknown.
Comment by Munger on Nov 20, 2020 10:59pm
Magus. What are your thoughts if QNC could have actually got the financing for a CMOS chip, built it, and proved its break through technology   Probably worth more than 3.5 cents

Sorry on last post of “blank”.  Let’s try this again..... The plan was to go to the market to get funding for the implementation of fitting a working version of the technology onto a CMOS chip.  And it still is.  Right now the issue is the funding part... Both Reulet and Ghyslain are ready to go, they just need cash.  And the market knows this... hence the poor share price ...more

I think it's the other way around, the share price crashed from 7c because they couldn't raise cash. "Bad market conditions" is a bull sh!t term and excuse that means"because we messed up".We were at 7c until they did their webinars after hearing their plan I knew they weren't going to be able to raise cash and so did many others that's why the price crashed ...more

So knowing that, you and others, why not unwind your position when the stock was 50 percent higher?  Like you say, there is a question mark if they will be able to sell the assets if they don't want to do the work. Or is it possible that these patents and break through technology actually has some merit? And unbeknownst to us, a third party has been waiting in the wings to swoop in and ...more

Always hoped we would be bought out for atleast the patents and an actual decent product ready for market. Never believed these yahoos could scale this. On that note, I'm not ruling out this is all apart of the plan/coup to get rid of JCP and Miron.
Comment by Munger on Nov 21, 2020 9:28pm
When your the Chair Excellence in Physics and Associated with a higher learning institution, failure is not acceptable. Miron couldn't get financing. I think someone else could. But how do you hire someone with no money. Time to save face
