Munger bot 9000

Our favourite malfunctioning spam bot, Munger, is on the right track. 3 directors have options locked in and may cash out at some point and be replaced by Bellidos team. Bertrand has not filed his options because he's staying. Correct me if I'm wrong, could Bellido not have remained as CEO of Soundbite and still take control of our board? I thought that onc, even a private investor like you and me, accumulated a certain percentage of a company they had to file an "early warning report" or something like that. Maybe someone who knows can share an explanation?
