Hunkering down for 2021 now. I am happy with our new CEO appointment. DD on JCP never reaped anything but Belido you can read up a whole bunch on. The dilution is killing us right now but for now time to sit back and see what Belido can deliver

Yes the shares have a 4 month hold period. Relative to the size of authorized shares, this is one of the biggest private placements I have ever seen so I do think it will have an impact. Of course the hope is that there is some good news between now and May
