Just buy some shares in the open market. It's that easy. Buying every week a few thousand shares. Then execute the plan with a solid communication strategy

Munger, just going by memory but I dont believe management has EVER bought shares.

Other than the recent PP and we do not know the details of that. I am guessing it was not much.

If my memory is correct, insiders invested a total of $115,000.00 in the last PP.

It was part of the PP news release and since the PP and dillution would be effective only after May 17 I guess they would buy then when the stock price will melt by +%40. Once they will buy it will show up on CEDAR as insider transaction

No that is not quite true Luc. They have already bought their shares and they have paid for them. And they will get them issued shortly. BUT they cannot trade them for 4 months. It should show up soon so we know the details of who put up what.
