Spoke with Rousseau leading up to the PP. As much as I'm excited about this run up in the SP, Rousseau mentioned there is no reason at all for the run up (he said this weeks ago). This came up when discussing why management could not buy in the past; he said the stock was being "actively pumped/dumped and that is likely the case right now". 

He said the success of the company depends on this R&D phase. Mentioned how going for deals was always "hit and miss and miss and miss..." because we had no product, and we still have no product.

With this said I'll be selling at least half a position. This is clearly a pump/dump. The company diluted by 50%, there is no news, and the prototype won't be ready for another year. Time is crucial in the tech industry, and Rousseau did express concerns about not making it to market fast enough; other stronger/faster players may ge there before us...

There is no new info. The company is the same as it was weeks ago. You're one of the pumpers who ran this to $0.30 last year, eventually screwing over longs and initial investors of the company through massive shorting. Why longs would be concerned by a drop of share price ? They are longs, the word says it all and most of the known long participated in the 5 cents PP so even if it drops to 15 cents who cares ? Longs are there for the dollar land.... You are coming out of nowhere mentionning Rousseau, he is not the CEO anymore....
