interesting. so schedule the meeting right at close of markets to build some hype to sell into before the meeting. sell enough to pay for your warrants and then announce you will exercise. hmmmm

The CEO did not sell any share yet, if he does sell and then exercise his warrants with sell profit we will all know since this is insider trades. And honestly that would look bad if he do so.
