If no deep pockets shareholders step up to do something about it then it's all over. As far as I am concerned there are lot of dishonest and immoral people working at high places in the finance world who should be working for their shareholders and not their pockets. You just have to hope that the stocks that you invest in have people that have some shread of integrity on their BOD.

All in my opinion.
