All that is great but she isn't delivering sales. Instead of missing the boat on current market opportunities that could allow Questor to dominate as an industry leader, she could either put someone in place with a prover track record and ability to push the product, step down, or step back into a supporting role. She isn't a leader. She just talks. She should be the VP of an environmental division in a supporting role, not the President/CEO of the company.
I for one definitely do not feel being paid nearly $400k a year is working for free. When has she ever held a position in her life making more than this? At Gulf Canada previously? Get real. Not a chance. What was her role there anyways? Can't seem to find it online.
Just my opinion though. Hope you prove those of us who think otherwise wrong...
