Is Darko Ulakovic COO unloading his position in QST? He only came on around Sept of 2020 and didn't buy in that low.

There seems to be a lot of employee turnover with this company and little to no PR. This is very frustrating.

Yes, the turnover is way too high for a company that has so much potential. Dan Zivkusic - CFO - gone John Sutherland - COO - gone - replaced by Darko Ulakovic (I have great promise for Darko based upon his previous poistions and management skills. However, his last few tenures have been very short too! Can he deliver the results we need here and in a timely fashion?) Robert Miller

As for the selling by Darko Ulakovic , I wonder if it's just a sign that a pickup in revenues is not expected this year and he expects more of those all kinds of share performance awards and restricted share units to replace what he sold . Thanks for posting that info greenvest. However, him selling that amount and his percentage of his shares at that low of a price now convinces me that things are definitely not going well, on time or within budget. And that the competition must be hurting QST worse than we ever expected. I would love to be proved wrong, but the proof of the pudding is always in the stock price.| After a nice
