Interesting
Interesting that the company is cancelling their credit facilities, why not just leave them as is ? They say they are not needed, could it be a big contract coming or a buyout possibly. I realize they have a huge cash balance but credit is always nice to have.

Gotta be something in play... Any fees on these facilities would be nominal and doesn't make sense to cancel the facilities and remove security on assets. Also interesting that there is no talk of looking for a replacement for Marcel Kessler.

I agree, interesting.... The only other thought I had is that it is a very small company. Small companies do stuff like is as it is an emotional relief.... Let's be real here. This company currently is smaller in assets and gross revenue than numerous farms across the prairies.
