RE:Another AssessmentEither way is ok as far as I am concerned. The stock market hasn't said it's last word on the bear market. There's going to be a lot of stocks that will be hammered and will never recover. QUIS is in a category that will have the potential to recover very fast. It will happen when the market will be in search of which stock is solid enough to get it's support the moment the bears are done with the correction.
