It merely means that they've done the background work to be ready should the opportunity for a good acquisition come along at a favourable price both in terms of their sp and the cost of acquired company. Given the comments from the Q&A from the earnings call 2 weeks ago an acquisition especially one of any size seems highly unlikely in the near term.
