Can anyone explain the value proposition to this business? Microsoft and other major software VARs are generally very low margin businesses as I understand.

There's a wealth of information for you to read in their investor presentation. This is a growing business in a technology sector, which just posted its first positive net income quarter in 2020, with more growth to come with increased services and an increasing list of customers. If you're looking for "value", then you should check out Manulife or Great West Life, two companies
