What are they thinking?

The board battle is hurting shareholders. The only way to solve it is to make compromises which are acceptable on both sides with the option to renegotiate at every QR release, if the results don't pan out. To the board members : "GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER AND GIVE SOME LEEWAY TO DEFLATE THE SITUATION!"

I agree ,taking management attention away from the business. The current board has not been achieving much success for shareholders ; some turnover would not be a bad thing. There's that old saying - keep your friends close , keep your enemies closer. Negotiate.
