QYOU Media Secures Investment From Investment Arm Of The Tim

QYOU Media this afternoon had a major announcement, with the release of the news that Brand Capital International has agreed to invest up to US$8.0 million into the firm. Brand Capital is the strategic investment arm of Bennett, Coleman & Co Ltd, whom is more commonly known as The Times Group, the largest media conglomerate in India.

Normally I'm upset by financing however, this one, wow, basically it's a at-market financing with indias media giant, future takeout, on-going backing, connections, all up for grab and I like the clause about overallotment and the pricing associated to the targets, looks like everyone's expecting this to fly! To the moon!
