YIKES! Okay. Who Knows What This is all about???

949,000 shares traded hands by the end of today, (Sept 28, 2023) compared to average volume of 142,000.  SOMEBODY is buying up this super-cheap stock. SOMEBODY has great confidence in the future of this stock. Question is what and when?  Anybody hear or read anything anywhere?  I've seen nothing at all to suggest why this sudden SPIKE IN VOLUME today.
