We know the company needs cash to pay the bills and they don't have the ability to borrow much if any. They need a partner and it's starting to look more and more like a takeover target or perhaps an affordable, low debt newco.
The good news that we don't seem to be hearing much of is that they have apparently turned the corner and are making money.
When is the AGM and where is it? This company should make money we need more connected people pushing the buttons in Calgary.
