Upcoming Special Meeting of Shareholders

It appears there wil lbe a shareholder vote in regards to this sell off venture on March 22, Record Date of Notice will be February 15/2013. Meeting location will be in Calgary in a hidden location I'm sure!!

Well it looks like the scuttling of the ship has been put off for a while longer. Today's news says the special meeting has been cancelled and rescheduled into May.   I just read the description for Rare Method and had to laugh at the words used. Does this sound like a company that has gone belly up and was stopped from trading for not reporting financials: About Rare Method Interactive ...more
