There is already a financing in negotiations. 

Said financiers are running the stock and shorting as required well above the price they are aiming to negotiate at. 

But I could be wrong after seeing this take place triple digits over time. 

I do not chase now and just wait for the consolidations in the story as it progresses. Or de risks. Because of the financings and the discounts to current share price in financings.
