Thanks for reaching out to Hugh, Sebspeed. I still believe that Hugh did the 1:25 to appeal to the company that he's already done the deal with. Not that he's going to look around for a company that will find this structure appealing. (eg) Your real estate agent says the fare market value for your house is $500k but the market is strong enough to possibly get $600k. You don't list it for $450k to be appealing.
