Just emailed Hugh, asking about the motive behind doing a reverse split without a deal on hand.

Even though he can't disclose any material information, he mentionned that the reverse split was done in order to be more appealing to a potential company that would like to proceed with a transaction.

Time will tell if it was a good strategy!

Thanks for reaching out to Hugh, Sebspeed. I still believe that Hugh did the 1:25 to appeal to the company that he's already done the deal with. Not that he's going to look around for a company that will find this structure appealing. (eg) Your real estate agent says the fare market value for your house is $500k but the market is strong enough to possibly get $600k. You don't list it
