Are looking to expand before legalization to bring costs per gram down to levels where they can compete in an open marketplace. My guess is Hugh has screened a couple deals already, but is waiting for a company that has the expertise to survive and a business plan that makes sense. A deal will get done, the halt means very little at this stage. Lots of deals available in the sector.

... I would agree with you if the stock was just "HALTED” but it is actually is “SUSPENDED” which is a very big difference. I too have heard that Hugh has looked at numerous deals (a couple of which are very good) but he is not going to just jump on the first one that comes along. Great!!! I prefer that he puts a great deal into RB.H. But in the meantime, I would like to know why the company

I enclosed  the link to Mr. Notman,s other  shell Percy Street and it went from halted to suspended  and remaind suspended Until it became Live Well .Can be found  under exchange policy 2.4 if you don’t want to read the entire article. ... that is more reassuring news. Perhaps the reason the RB.H shares are suspended is because a deal is on pending. However an announcement to that affect would be nice or at least an update outlining why the shares are still suspended. I am also keenly interested in SMV.H and their news? Pethaps Mr.Notman has a couple of deals in the works for both of his shells ... SMC Ventures and Russell
