That’s 100% normal .... RBI is a shell... producing no revenue and incurrinng expenses. Off course it will have negative working capital AND going concern. This is a typical high risk high reward bet.

He has missed the initial flood of MJ companies looking for listings in Canada. 3-4 months? its been a year and a half !! CBD companies? I understand your frustration. I have gone from super positive ( a year ago ) to Meh! I'll believe it when I see it. ( today ) One thing we can all agree on is that Hugh Notman and Martin Burian aren't going to throw away a Million dollars and just forget the whole idea.
