It's not a surprise Piment... Shares consolidation was approved at the last AGM... the only missing information was the due date...  Next step will be moving to the TSX board GLTA

The consolidation in itself is not bad news, but it is the result of years of bad news and bad management.  The share price has been on a straight-line downtrend since 2020, and is still overvalued.  This is a classic value-destruction company.  When a company is not able to create a higher share price through profit and growth, then in desperation they resort to a share rollback ...more
