Things are getting a little irrational on this board now.
I am quite sure enough of us have notified the tsx as to the possibility of a windfall for management if the reverse goes through.
Lets face it, it only takes one to notify them of what the company is up to. If in fact they did,not already know if it is within there guidelines witch I am sure it is not they will OK the reverse if it is not they will deny it.
As for a class action lawsuit. What are you suing them for insider trading that they are reporting. I think not relax have a cup of Camomile tea and cal me in the morning.
