As for the rest of it well I don't really know. The one thing I do know is there is a lot of ungrounded speculation on this board.
One poster says GR sold all his shares another said he is trying to take over. Pretty hard to do with no shares.
I am not a expert on these matters but I know that the VSE will not penalize one for delaying a report on there inside trading. I hold shares in one company where they are continually late with reporting there trading. Some times up to six months. In short we really don't know what the insiders are holding.
I am not a pro but I am not stupid either. This is the VSE and what every one is accusing management of doing is common practise here.
In short you all best stay away from stocks on the VSE because it would appear it is to much for you.
One last thing I earlier asked if any one had a ball park idea of when the case would be finalized and the money delivered. I got no answer just the same rhetoric about how hard we are being done by.
