THEMAC RESOURCES ANNOUNCES APPOINTMENTS
Themac Resources Group Ltd. has appointed Jeff Lowe as chief financial officer of the company and Raymond Irwin as its vice-president of exploration.
Mr. Lowe, a certified general accountant, as well as holding an MBA from the Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto, has a diverse financial background and brings considerable experience with public companies across multiple industries, including mining exploration, development and production. Most recently, Mr. Lowe was chief financial officer with Royal Coal Corp. Prior to that, Mr. Lowe was corporate director and chief financial officer with the Homeland Energy Group.
Mr. Lowe replaces Steve Vanry in the role of CFO.
