RE: DB fight for (nonewbie4)

RE: DB fight for (nonewbie4)Seems to me that what I remember hearing was that they had an agreement in principle and that the details needed to be worked out and then a formal JV would be agreed to and signed at that time. Those details of cource were the sections concerning the DTC. Not sure exactly what an agreement in principle means ie paper, verbal etc. DeBeers has had Rhonda listed as a JV partner on their web site for quite some time but again (what did or does that mean)? Hopefully wishful thinking on the part of DB. You will notice that the suit against RDM is not to sue their butts off but rather to get RDM to agree that there was an agreement for DB to gain a 51% stake. Either way, I think RDM now has the full attention of DB and it can only benefit us one way or the other meaning we go it with them on RDM's terms or that we go it with another partner. I seem to recall that for DB to gain the 51% stake they had to expend 10 million in six years. They haven't spent 10 million yet but the six years aren't up either. This should be interesting. Almost worth the price of admission. LOL Inulik is now the one to watch while this gets ironed out. Tech and RDM I believe have been and likely still are on site. IMO I think Inulik is proving to be even better then first thought. Again just my opinion but I have heard it from different lines. I called the DB contact on the news release (court action) from DB to see what they had to say. Left a message. I'll let you know if I hear anything back. Lets not forget how the old tale of David and Goliath turned out. Lets also not forget the Temagami play. Lines point to it not being to shabby either. We'll have to wait and see.
