RE: legal wranglingEither DB agree to the terms to leave the DTC portion out until such time as we actually have a feasable diamond count to continue discussions on this point at which time a new agreement for the DTC portion would be written OR DB flock off and we turn around a new JV partner in a matter of days that are willing to go it on the KNIFE.
IMO we are in a no lose situation with RDM and the KNIFE property.
