RE: ltdaccess

RE: ltdaccess No if's and's and buts about it we got the short end of the stick. Rhonda will have a hard time raising capital if they resume trading. Given the reputation of management I doubt they will be able to. Lets face it would a reputable broker suggest to his client to buy a PP in Rhonda. Looks like roll back time and they know how to do that. That being said I talked to the people at March and they seem to think the knife is a great investment. They obviously have talked to Debasers and feel very confident with the deal. Debeers has until Feb. 29 2008 to spend $10,000,000 so far to date they have spent $3,600,00. I was informed that the late August would be the longest it would take to seal the deal. They are already making plans for future exploration. In all we lost a lot but if the pipe goes to mine we will still do very nicely not as well as we could have but OK. Another good point is that the Alston's are not connected with the company and the deal is going to be structured so as Rhonda has to disperse the shares to it's shareholder's
