private placement of $1.5 Million
Radisson Mining Resources Inc. (TSX-V: RDS, OTC: RMRDF) (“Radisson” or the “Company") is pleased to announce it has arranged a non-brokered private placement to raise a minimum of $1,500,000. This private placement will consist of a combination of: (i) Quebec flow-through shares (the “Qubec FT shares”) priced at CAD$0.17 and (ii) Charity flow-through shares (the “Qubec Charity FT Shares”) priced at CAD$0.225.
The company is pleased to announce strong commitment for participation from the board of directors the management and existing shareholders of the Company including Michael Gentile, CFA strategic advisor, member of the board of directors and the company's largest shareholder.
