RE:.50 In 1 Min? Do we know who the selling & buying broker numbers?

I loaded the chart from TSX.com & added total volume & volume+ graphs below the trading chart.
It seems that the volume+ bar at the specific time  were all in red. According to my chart site (ADVFN) Volume + means.....

Volume+

The Volume+ indicator colour-codes the trading volume according to whether it contributed to a gain (blue) or loss (red) in price.  Does that make sense?  Could it mean here that there was a stink sell offer out there that got filled?
