I tend to think this is just being walked down and taken away before more meaningful news so I'm not overly concerned.
I'd be a buyer here at .30. The first breakout went through .30 and much higher. The stock couldn't rally off the last test of .30 any further than .42 or so. I believe we test .29 - .30 here a final time. I hoped we'd run up off .30 last time but stalled out. This is either a last shot at this price level or a set up to break lower. I think because it's not happening on a fundamental change it's going to hold .30 and move up. Won't need to wait long to see in any event.
