still scratching my headAfter hours of DD (due dilligence not the CEO) I am still scratching my head with this one. A few questions that have come up:
1) why is there such little information on kerr?
2) pontus energy was created solely for RDX contracts??? what is this about
3) why in one of the q and a from last year indicated that they would not be seeking further dilution and since then they have made many purchases through dilution. They were very clear with their q and a that the company would just be focusing on in growth of current (2013) business prospects but have since then made many purchases
4) how is it possible that such a new company is involved in so many lawsuits? what does this say for management?
5) will further share dilution come and will they be able to become profitable soon?
These are just big questions that still have me confused and I look forward to the CC in october. The technology is awesome and their is huge potential but there are still some shady areas here for me
