The Company is engaged in the opening of Kavango Sedimentary Basin in the Kalahari Desert of northeastern Namibia and northwestern Botswana. It holds 90% interest in a petroleum exploration license in northeast Namibia and a 100% interest in petroleum exploration rights in northwest Botswana over the entire Kavango Sedimentary Basin. The Company's exploration license covers an area of approximately 25,341.33 square kilometers (6.3 million acres) and 8,990 km2 (2.2 million acres) in Botswana. The two licenses together comprise 34,325 sq km (8.5 million acres). RE:RE:Gerlitz grant of 550,000 options $ 11.39/sh SPEAKS VOLUMES"They will have daily feedback from the 2D seismic"....no they won't!  There's nothing you can read from shot records in the field.  There's a huge amount of computer processing required to turn the raw seismic data into something interpretable.

Here's the timeline for completing the seismic program (and remember, I'm a geophysicist):

First, all the shot points (weight drop points) on all the seismic lines need to be surveyed for their exact locations and elevations.

In a new exploration area there will need to be testing done to determine optimum shot point spacing, geophone group spacing, geophone array design, weight drop parameters...

Once they are ready to proceed, the seismic lines are shot in their entirety and then sent to seismic data processing Centers, where the vertical seismic profiles and sonic logs from the two wells are used to help define the parameters for the processing - things like static corrections, deconvolution, normal move out correction, multiple suppression...it will take a lot of trial and error to get a good product.

Then all the seismic lines are tied together and the interpretation begins, again using sonic and density logs to create synthetic seismographs to tie the seismic into the wells.

September is 6 weeks away....that's a very optimistic time frame to go from approval to finished interpretation, even in Alberta where all the parameters are known in advance.

Dont set yourself up to be disappointed, they won't be picking a third well based on the seismic by September!
