NOTG. Congrats and I would say self directed is the way but only if you have the time to do your research and learn fast. Seems beginners luck is alive and well for you eh!  Ya been in the game since my mid 20's. Not crazy loaded but for my down to earth lifestyle I have enough for another life time.
