Great time to revisit RECO COO’s 2020 presentation (YouTub)

For those wanting to get right to the portion about valuations, talk of the per acre values over the various stages, begins at 14:46 mark in video.

There are 4 stages mentioned:
1)  Trends ($40/acre)
2) Undeveloped ($850/acre)
3) Appraisal ($4,000/acre)
4) Production ($20,000/acre)

My big questions to anyone with O&G production experience is when might be the earliest that we reach the final stage, “production”? Q2/Q3/Q4 2022? Possibly sooner?

Secondly, how long are negotions with majors expected to last? Do these move fast in-lieu of an urgency to start production, or might they drag out and announcements only made at the end of 2022 or later?

Extraction of oil from these samples and subsequent fingerprinting for key characteristics of the liquids, supports an active petroleum system with multiple source intervals.
