Good to see: “speed things up”!

The Namibian minister urged Shell to "speed things up" in that he did not think the oil companies were moving fast enough. This can also apply to Recaf's CEO who said Recaf is in no hurry and wants to do things "right". Ok do things right but ... faster!

Does one imagine that the first day on the job would also be the day the drill starts?  How about paperwork, orientation, training, training, training. Safety first.  That won't occur if one is thrown to the roughnecks on day 1.

That's exactly why I asked him. Just so Crude wouldn't think it was drilling as so much has to be done still.

My first rodeo - post states workers start MAY 02 !!!!

Reco still waiting on permits for the exploration wells. Then it takes 3-4 weeks to prepare the site. Drilll probably turning by very early June. The vibes are good on this timeline. There have been a number of execs. dropping hints.
