Another good sign - more beefing up of security forces

The intelligence community uses a form of intelligence gathering referred to as "mosaic". They study and take seemingly insignificant news pieces by themselves and collect them to form a picture of what is really happening - like a mosaic. This is what is happening now in Namibia.

The government just announced a huge new police hq in the area where we are drilling. If there is no oil why build and staff something like this in a remote area when police resources are badly needed in developed areas?

In addition, the army has announced a major recruiting effort ( this area of Africa is peaceful ) for thousands of new soldiers. Also we have the buildup of rails, highways, and the port in addition to the Chinese all over. They just built a new military college for the Namibians and have advisers all over the place.

All these things individually by themselves don't seem to mean much but you weave them into a mosaic they all strongly point to the government preparing for BIG OIL and the development and challenges it all will present.
