If next hole finds oil, expect a buyout or partnership from big corp. Government would want to renegoti deal plus company that can fight the environmentalists with past practices. I think Recon is just too small with infrastructure needed to take it from discovery to production. They cant take the risk of screwing up, as the World would be watching. They need a heavy hitter on board.
