No tax disposition. in that scenario. But in the case of crystallized options, there are NO roll-over provisions, based on my discussions with my tax advisor. If you disagree and want to prove your point - provide a section reference from the Income Tax Act (Canada) that allows for said roll-over. We are all waiting to be enlightened by you.
