Fully diluted share count?

While we are are talking about warrants...

Does anyone know how many there are? Someone here posted that there were 171k shares including warrants. However, I only see the 32k from the pp.

Usually, companies post this on the IR page, but I didn't see any mention of it on their site.

You have to dig around in the financials on Sedar, closer to 58,708,987 I believe. 22,059,276 @ .49 37,891,061 @ .99 1,241,350 exercised 58,708,987 remaining. This was as of September 30 so with such a huge run since then some of those may have been exercised but maybe not. They all have a long life span so I suspect the holders would first sell at least some of their free trading positions all ...more
