I will say off the bat I do not own RECO share, only ROE. I was going to jump in but it took off before I did, so I will ride what my ROE share will turn in to.

For those that think the deal with ROE is bad for RECO, let me ask... will RECo not then control the Mexican properties? I know right now that doesn't sem like much, but like this find in Namimbia, the plays in Mexico are to be huge as well. Just need the government to be willing to work with the team. 1-2 years from now, that will happen. So really RECO is much better off with this deal.

Please correct me if I am wrong, and how I am wrong.

Not to mention roe has 50% interest in bostwana. I mean...c'mon, reco is definitely better with the deal and the LOI was for asset and liabilities, it was already factored in at .046 reco/roe...go back and check the shares. I own both.

the quick answer is mexico is a Mess. They have been trying to migrate the amatltlin from a service contract to a PSA since 2017. Amlo has I think 3 yrs left and he's done nothing but attack ioc's, and at the same time not giving them the right to operate (permits, approvals etc.) don't know how this will shake out, hopefully they can get something for there properties.
