The issue of commerciality has of course not yet been settled. We as investors have to weigh the objective evidence together with the statements of the people running the show. What I see is very promising evidence together with "under promotion" of this evidence by the people running the show. If you were not biased you would see that Recon moved up their ante following the hit pieces in Nat Geo and the Globe & Mail.  More importantly following the Viceroy reports were they were accused of a pump & dump / con job. They had to defend themselves wouldn't you agree? Before that, they were very modest and under-reporting. So their intent was to built up the case without too
