In a market that dislikes,(sorry hate),fossil fuels,and with goverments worldwide seeking any alternative energy sources, r.e.c.o.. do not stand a hope in ,(will you know where),of ever coming to fruition in any (viable)way.Those who bought shares at pennies will be more then glad enough to sell you their shares.
